bji ap Terms and Conditions – Rules That Apply to All Pakistani Players

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply to both singular and plural uses of each term:

• "bji ap" / "the Platform" – the online gaming platform operating at bjiap.net, including all games, services, and features accessible through it.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" – any individual who registers an account on bji ap and uses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" – the registered player account created by you on bji ap, linked to your mobile number and CNIC.

• "Real Money Balance" – funds deposited by you and/or winnings converted from completed wagering requirements, available for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

When you register a bji ap account, you agree to the following conditions governing how your account is created, maintained, and operated:

3.1 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration – including your full name, CNIC number, date of birth, mobile number, and address – must be accurate and truthful. bji ap will verify this information against official documents during KYC. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one bji ap account only, registered to one CNIC and one mobile number. If bji ap identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same person, the duplicate accounts will be closed. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve the situation before it escalates to a violation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your bji ap login credentials – your password and any two-factor authentication codes – confidential. bji ap will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately. bji ap is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.4 Contact Details

You must keep your registered mobile number and email address current at all times. bji ap communicates important account notices, KYC requests, and security alerts via these channels. If you change your mobile number, you must update your bji ap account before attempting any transaction. bji ap is not responsible for missed communications resulting from outdated contact details.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on bji ap are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet transfer
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay – mobile wallet transfer
• SadaPay – mobile wallet transfer
• Bank IBFT – interbank funds transfer
• Visa / Mastercard – debit card issued by a Pakistani bank

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on bji ap is Rs 200 for all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set by bji ap at the platform level, though your individual payment provider may apply limits. JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets impose per-transaction and daily limits set by their respective service providers.

4.2 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your bji ap wallet in real time, typically within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 business hours to reflect depending on your bank's processing schedule. bji ap does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply charges of their own.

4.3 Funds Source

You confirm that all funds deposited into your bji ap account are from a legitimate source and are entirely your own. bji ap may request evidence of the source of funds for large or unusual deposits as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and delayed or refused withdrawals.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from bji ap are subject to the following conditions and processing timelines.

5.1 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no standard maximum daily withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though bji ap may apply temporary limits pending enhanced due diligence checks for unusually large withdrawal requests. 5.2 KYC Requirement

All withdrawal requests require your bji ap account to be fully KYC-verified. This is a one-time process. You will be asked to submit a clear photograph of your CNIC (both sides) and a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method being used. Documents are reviewed within 24 hours of submission on business days.

5.3 Processing Times

For verified accounts, withdrawal processing timelines are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa – within 30 minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay – within 1 hour; Bank IBFT – within 1 to 3 business hours. These are standard timelines; occasional delays may occur during peak periods or if additional verification is required. bji ap will notify you via SMS or email if a withdrawal is pending additional review.

5.4 Bonus Funds

Only funds that meet the wagering requirement applicable to any attached bonus are eligible for withdrawal. Your account dashboard shows a real-time breakdown of how much of your balance is real money (immediately withdrawable) versus bonus funds (pending wagering completion). Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being removed from the account before the withdrawal is processed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bji ap offers a range of bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The bji ap welcome bonus of 200% up to Rs 30,000 applies to your first deposit only and is credited automatically without any bonus code required. The minimum qualifying first deposit is Rs 500. The bonus carries a 15× wagering requirement. This means if you deposit Rs 1,000 and receive a Rs 2,000 bonus, you must wager Rs 30,000 in total (15× the bonus amount) before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money. The welcome bonus expires 30 days from the date of credit if the wagering requirement has not been completed.

6.2 Wagering Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates at bji ap are: Slots – 100%; Aviator – 100%; Teen Patti (RNG) – 100%; Video Poker – 100%; Live Baccarat – 20%; Live Roulette – 20%; Live Blackjack – 20%; Live Teen Patti – 20%. bji ap reserves the right to adjust contribution rates for specific games and will update this section accordingly.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bji ap monitors bonus usage patterns. If we identify behaviour consistent with bonus abuse – including but not limited to placing low-risk bets specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance, coordinating accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, or exploiting any error in bonus credit – we reserve the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account responsible.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bji ap platform are governed by the rules published within each individual game. In the event of a dispute about game outcomes, the result recorded in bji ap's server logs is definitive. The display on your device is a representation only – server-side results take precedence in all circumstances.

7.1 Certified RNG

All non-live games on bji ap use RNG software certified by independent testing bodies. Results are generated in a statistically random manner and cannot be influenced by bji ap, the game provider, or the player. Each spin, hand, or round is an independent event with no connection to preceding or subsequent events.

7.2 Live Games

Live casino games on bji ap are provided by Evolution Gaming and operated under their licence and standards. Results are determined in real time by physical outcomes (cards dealt, roulette ball landing position) and are final once the round closes. Technical issues on your device or internet connection do not void a settled result. 7.3 Malfunctions

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bji ap. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using bji ap for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or using another person's identity or documents.
• Sharing your account login credentials with another person or allowing another person to access or operate your account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the bji ap platform.
• Exploiting any software error, loophole, or misconfiguration for financial gain. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any software or proprietary technology belonging to bji ap or its game providers.
• Depositing or wagering funds for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment. Using bji ap accounts as a payment processing intermediary is strictly prohibited.
• Registering on behalf of another person or opening an account for a minor.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

bji ap reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its reasonable discretion. The most common reasons for suspension or closure are: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspicion of fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation; discovery of duplicate accounts; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; player-requested self-exclusion; or account inactivity.

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your bji ap account at any time by contacting support@bjiap.net. Any real money balance remaining will be refunded to your registered payment method after identity verification. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited on account closure.

9.2 bji ap-Initiated Closure for Breach

If bji ap closes your account for breach of these Terms and Conditions, all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be voided. Real money deposits that can be verified as legitimate and untainted by prohibited activity will generally be returned, though bji ap reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where fraud is suspected and appropriate legal process may apply.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login for a period of 12 consecutive months. bji ap will notify you at your registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. An administrative fee of Rs 200 per month may be deducted from inactive account balances after the notification period. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 12 months of inactivity without further notice.

10. Responsible Gaming

bji ap is committed to player welfare and provides the following tools to all registered players at no cost, accessible directly from account settings without any approval process required:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you are automatically logged out.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. Once reached, further play is blocked until the limit period resets.
• Cool-off periods: Take a break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period your account remains open but all gaming and bonus functions are disabled.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from bji ap. Minimum exclusion period is 6 months. During self-exclusion you cannot create a new account. Exclusions are irreversible during the selected period.

By registering a bji ap account you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data required for KYC, payment processing, fraud prevention, and the provision of gaming services. bji ap does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the bji ap platform – including but not limited to the bji ap brand name, logo, design, software, game content, text, graphics, and user interface elements – is the intellectual property of bji ap or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the bji ap platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bji ap's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform – regardless of the basis of the claim – shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, capped at Rs 500,000.

bji ap is not liable for: losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials; loss of profits, loss of revenue, or consequential losses of any kind; service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party provider outages; or any loss arising from your own breach of these Terms and Conditions.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bji ap reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify all registered players via email to their registered address and display a prominent notice on the bji ap platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.

If you continue to use your bji ap account after the effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance. Amendments that are purely administrative – correcting typographical errors, for example – may be made without prior notice.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to bji ap's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the bji ap platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through bji ap's customer support process.
